The hotel was short walk to Thompson river and downtown thanks to its peaceful location. It also was close to everything.

Unbeatable and magnificent location for Kamloops, just off soccer tournament, Kamloops for a great price and the conference centre was located. Also, to the event. Neat rooms, impressive view of the valley.

Far too hot room.

The staff was efficient, so I would not hesitate to return there. The location was central, stunning to shops. Moreover, it's really close to the conference centre was located as well as several restaurants.

It was ideal, reasonably large and with 2 bedrooms.

Came in Kamloops for trip, the hotel met the demands. The venue was situated in the central location on TRU campus which is a beautiful location.

Magnificent location just off the TRU campus where the conference centre was located, could not be better. Quiet units with hair dryer, bathroom plus 2 bedrooms.

I recently stayed at Residence & Conference Centre in Kamloops for a few nights. As a student dorm, I wasn't expecting luxury, but the room was clean and efficient, especially with the kitchenette. The view of the river was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, especially the young man from India who went above and beyond to solve a door problem. The cost was appealing, making it a great option for a mid-trip stopover.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed to find out once I arrived at the residence that the two rooms I booked were not beside each other, after booking days in advance to find out they were sold out and could not move anything to accommate this request and reason why I booked the rooms.

Location was excellent, clean rooms, very quiet, and value

Hard beds and a few utensils would be nice

We had a mix-up with our reservation, but the supervisor quickly resolved it after I showed my confirmation email. We were upgraded to a spacious executive suite with a comfortable mattress and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area was a great place to relax. The location was also convenient. I would recommend Residence & Conference Centre for a pleasant stay.

The units were neat and ideal with a view. The location is exceptionally nice, 2 km from Kamloops Museum and Archives...

Helpful staff, newer facility, location.

From its name I thought that this facility would be a hotel that also gets used by the tru students as a dorm. It was completely the other way around. This is really a classic dormitory that gets used as a motel and conference center. It was poorly signed (for finding the location) and the parking and even loading/unloading of luggage was a big hassle as there was really no good place to park the car up front to load and unload. Rooms were more like hospital rooms than a hotel.
